Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, why it is collected, and what choices you have. It applies to this site only. It does not apply to Telegram, to any third-party website, or to any service you reach by following a link from here.

By using this site you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

01Who is responsible for your data

This site is operated by Sophia Wilson (“we”, “us”, “our”). We decide what information is collected here and how it is used. Our contact details and registered address are at the end of this document.

02What we collect

Answers you give in the questionnaire

The short questionnaire on this site asks about your trading experience, your approach and the capital you are considering. Your answers are held in your browser for the length of your visit and are not transmitted to us. They are discarded when you close the page. We do not ask for your name, email address or telephone number anywhere on this site.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information each time a page is requested. This can include:

This information is used to keep the site running, to diagnose faults and to detect abuse.

Analytics and advertising

We may use analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors find and use this site, and to measure the performance of our advertising. Where such tools are active they may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and may share information with the provider of the tool. Depending on your location we will ask for your consent before any non-essential tool is loaded.

03Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. You can delete cookies and block future ones through your browser settings; if you do, parts of the site may not behave as intended.

04Why we process your information

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, on your consent for any non-essential cookie or tracking tool, and on legal obligation where one exists.

05Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us run the site — hosting, security, analytics and advertising measurement — and only to the extent they need it. We will also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

06Leaving this site for Telegram

The button on this site takes you to a channel on Telegram. Telegram is operated independently of us. Once you are there, Telegram's own privacy policy and terms govern your data, including your Telegram username and any messages you send. We have no control over that and take no responsibility for it. Please read Telegram's policy before joining.

07How long we keep information

Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and diagnostics. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the tool in use. Questionnaire answers are never stored on our servers at all.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is processed, to withdraw consent you previously gave, and to complain to your data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address below. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law.

09Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information handled by this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
