These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any educational material, template, checklist or calculator offered through it (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Sophia Wilson (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Read these Terms carefully. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet those conditions and that your use does not break any law that applies to you where you live.

The Service provides educational and informational material about trading methodology, risk management and discipline. That is its entire purpose.

• a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, currency, derivative or digital asset
• a personalised suggestion about what is suitable for your circumstances
• a managed account, signal service, or any form of trading on your behalf

We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or financial institution in any jurisdiction. Nothing here creates an adviser-client, fiduciary or agency relationship between us.

Every trading decision you make is yours alone. Consider taking advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation before you risk any money.

03No guarantee of results

We make no promise, warranty or guarantee about profit, income or trading performance. Trading carries a substantial risk of loss, and most people who trade actively lose money. Past results, whether ours or anyone else's, do not predict future results. Full detail is set out in our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

04Free materials and the Telegram channel

Materials described as free are provided at no charge and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time without notice. Access is often delivered through a channel on Telegram, which is an independent service we do not control. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Telegram's availability, conduct or content.

We may remove any participant from our channel or community at our discretion, in particular where someone is abusive, is spamming, is soliciting other members, or is misrepresenting what we offer.

05Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute our material without written permission
• present our material as your own or strip our attribution from it
• use the Service to promote your own or a third party's financial products
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its accounts
• use automated means to scrape, overload or disrupt the Service
• impersonate us or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist

All content on the Service — text, layout, graphics, templates, checklists, calculators and any accompanying material — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own education. All other rights are reserved.

The Service may link to sites and services we do not operate. We do not endorse them, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, their products or how they handle your data. Following such a link is at your own risk.

08Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or trading loss, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service — whether the claim is in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sophia Wilson and anyone acting on her behalf against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

13Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
